Silent Witness is back for a 21st series ... and some romance for unlucky in love star Dr Nikki Alexander, played by Emilia Fox.

Viewers will see her fall for the charms of the US ambassador to London (played by Michael Landes).

Emilia says: “It was lovely to play Nikki having something to smile about again.”
