ASHLEY Cole’s pregnant girlfriend just can’t give up her nicotine fix.

Italian model Sharon Canu was spotted puffing away in Los Angeles.

Just days earlier she was seen at Heathrow lighting up while stroking her baby bump.

Sharon already has a one-year-old son with Cole.

One mum wrote on Twitter: “That baby has no choice about smoking that cigarette. How disgusting of her.”

Canu is thought to have met Cole, who was previously married to pop star Cheryl Tweedy, while he played for AS Roma.
