Countryfile’s Adam Henson says the BBC series is not always as easy as it looks and reveals: “There are quite a lot of re-takes.”

He adds: “We often have to move the sheep around three or four times to get different angles or re-do things because I haven’t got my words right. Some things only get one chance – if a ewe gives birth, we can’t put the lamb back and ask it to do it again.”
