Second serial predator to get out?
A SECOND serial sex predator may be freed after 10 years when his case comes before the Parole Board within months.
Kirk Reid, 52, was suspected by police of carrying out 100 attacks on lone women.
The 6ft 2in former football coach roamed Balham, Clapham and Tooting, South London, late at night for 12 years, following women aged 18 to 61 from bus stops or Tube stations and pouncing from behind. He has been behind bars since 2008 after being jailed indefinitely with a minimum of sevenand-a-half years for 28 sex assaults.
A Parole Board spokeswoman confirmed that Reid’s case has been referred for review “in coming months”.
Judge Shani Barnes at Kingston crown court said Reid carried out “terrifying, humiliating and degrading offences”.
