Pay heed...

THE BBC’s former China editor, Carrie Gracie, has shown the anger of shortchanged women by rejecting a £45,000 rise in protest at the gender pay gap.

The broadcaster is by no means the only employer accused of underpaying females. But as a public body funded by the licence fee, surely it should lead by good example.
