While most of us may not fancy the prospect of getting a skinny latte squirted up the backside, Gwyneth’s website Goop claims that such a treatment ensures no mucus blocks ‘elimination of what needs to be disposed of’. Perhaps we could try it on Gwyneth’s inane witterings…
