CARL FRAMPTON admits defeat to Nonito Donaire could cost him his dream of fighting for the world title at his beloved Windsor Park.

Frampton, 30, faces fourweight world champion Donaire at Belfast’s SSE Arena on April 21, and has been promised a shot at the IBF featherweight title this summer at Windsor Park if he wins.

Two-weight world champion Frampton said: “Both of us are in the same situation – a slip-up here and one of us might never fight for a world title again.

“There’s a lot on the line. This is the perfect fight to get me ready for a worldtitle fight in the summer.”

Frampton could face the winner of Lee Selby v Josh Warrington in a Battle of Britain at Windsor Park.
