Prem rivals battling to win a Worr

- BY JAMES NURSEY

NEW Nottingham Forest boss Aitor Karanka faces a fight to keep £10millionrated Joe Worrall.

Brighton have joined Premier League rivals Burnley in the race for the England U-21 stopper.

He has made 28 appearances this term and impressed in Forest’s shock 4-2 FA Cup win over Arsenal, despite being sent off in the 89th minute for a second booking.

Worrall is suspended for Saturday’s televised home game against Aston Villa for Karanka’s first match in the hot-seat.

And Worrall could be sacrificed this month to raise funds to enable the new manager to reshape the squad.
