Jose, Conte.. and all that jibe talking

I’M really enjoying watching Jose Mourinho and Antontio Conte go at each other like a pair of pickled old panto dames.

And the great thing about their spat is, because of the size of their egos, the pressure they’re under and their inability to back down, the insults can only get more personal. We’ve yet to hear Conte (right) point out how average Jose was as a footballer or Mourinho (far right) invent a mafia connection.

And we’ve got six weeks to go before they meet at Old Trafford to decide who is second-best to Pep Guardiola and going truly off their heads. It will be the game of the season for neutrals. If Sky have anything about them, they’ll hire Harry Hill to walk in front of the dugouts before kick-off to ask: “Who is better? There’s only one way to find out. Fiiiiiiiiiiiiight!”
