Spurs set to reward star pair

- BY ADRIAN KAJUMBA

TOTTENHAM have added Christian Eriksen and Heung-min Son to their list of stars being lined up for new deals.

Spurs want to reward the pair in their next raft of contract renewals.

New terms for England striker Harry Kane and midfielder Dele Alli are priorities, along with Toby Alderweireld – although the defender’s wage demands are currently proving problematic.

And midfielder Eriksen and Son are also heading for contract extensions.

Dane Eriksen, 25, kicked off Spurs’ spree of new agreements last season when he signed a £70,000-per-week deal that runs until 2020.

Son still has two years left to run on the five-year, £60,000-a-week arrangement he signed when he joined for £22million in 2015.

The South Korean, 25, is Spurs’ second-top scorer this season with 10 goals.
