Activist hurt in hunt ‘plot’

A PROTESTOR was allegedly punched by a member of a hunt and trampled on by a horse.

The Hunt Saboteur Association claim the man suffered injuries including “a hoof print to his head”.

South Devon Animal Rights said: “Three [saboteurs] were lured into a premeditated attack.”

Police are probing the incident at Kingsbridge on Saturday said to involve Dart Vale and South Pool Harriers. The injured man was treated in hospital.
