£100 fine for buying sex

A COUNCIL is set to be the first to introduce on-thespot fines to people caught with prostitutes.

Clients will have to pay £100 if it is believed they are hiring a sex worker in Redbridge, East London.

The council said female locals are avoiding areas after being “approached by those attempting to purchase sex”.
