We’re singing in the Wayne

-

WAYNE HENNESSEY hopes he has won over the Crystal Palace faithful just as Roy Hodgson tries to buy a new goalkeeper.

The Wales No.1 struggled for popularity at Selhurst Park after taking over from club legend Julian Speroni. But Hennessey kept another clean sheet against Burnley...and was serenaded by the home crowd.

“I know I am not a big fan favourite because I took Speroni’s place but if they are singing my name, it is nice,” he said. Getafe No.1 Vicente Guaita is one name on Hodgson’s wishlist.
