GP faces jail for massage sex assaults
A GP faces jail after being found guilty of performing massages on patients to satisfy his “sexual desires”.
Victims of Jaswant Rathore, 60, had sought help for stomach and back pain and hay fever.
He was “sexually motivated” and had stroked one woman’s breast, Wolverhampton crown court was told.
One patient he was cleared of assaulting said he offered to put treatment on her son’s prescription so she could get it free.
He had denied assaults on eight women between 2008 and 2015 and was convicted of sex offences against four of them.
Judge Michael Challinor warned Rathore, of Kingswinford, West Mids, when sentenced today: “Expect a significant prison term.”
