MAURICIO PELLEGRINO is not concerned about his stay of execution.

The under-fire Southampton boss watched his side battle to keep him in the hot seat after a run of 11 games without a win.

But despite taking the lead through a Davinson Sanchez own goal, Tottenham pegged back the South Coast side when Harry Kane levelled.

Pellegrino (right) feels he is awaiting his fate.

He said: “In Argentina we say the job is the electric chair, it’s not easy to stay in the seat.

“When they ask me if I’m worried about my job, we say the manager is the easy employment to lose.

“We depend on our results. It’s really difficult to be seated in the same chair a lot of the time.”

Saints last won in the league on November 26, but Pellegrino is not concerned about being axed.

“The biggest risk in football is to work in football,” he added. “I know this part of my job. I fear for the health of my family, not losing my job.”
