Carroll in new blow

WEST HAM have been left reeling by the news that Andy Carroll is out for three months and Manuel Lanzini for six weeks.

David Moyes and his backroom staff were yesterday stunned by the setback and will now rule out an exit for £17million striker Javier Hernandez.

The Irons had been willing to listen to acceptable offers for the Mexican but their plans changed dramatically after injury-plagued Carroll underwent surgery on his broken foot.

Lanzini limped out of the 1-1 draw with Bournemouth with a hamstring injury.
