Sean ready and stable

- BY DAVID ANDERSON

SEAN DYCHE claims Burnley give him the stability he needs to develop as a coach in a chaotic managerial world.

Dyche, 46, who has just signed a new four-and-ahalf-year deal, has been at Turf Moor since October 2012 and says the club have created a settled environment for him to be successful.

He said: “You want stability in a non-stable business and the chairman and the board have given me stability because they believe in what I do.

“That gives me and my staff a chance to continue to improve and learn.”
