OAP mauled in his sleep

AN elderly man suffered horrific injuries after being attacked by a mystery animal as he slept.

Police think a feral cat got into the bungalow in Leicester through an open window and savaged the man, who is his 80s.

He had deep gashes on his arms, legs and hands.
