Davis: Views are different, but coherent
BREXIT Secretary David Davis has played down Cabinet rifts over Europe, insisting there is “no difference” between himself, Chancellor Philip Hammond and Theresa May. The Chancellor was slapped down for saying he hoped the UK and EU would move only “very modestly” apart in trade terms. Davis admitted there was a “diversity of views” in all parties and EU member states, but added: “That doesn’t mean we can’t have a coherent view.”
