M&S alert on ‘risky’ eggs

MARKS & Spencer has cleared shelves of glutenfree Scotch eggs – because they contain gluten.

The Food Standards Agency has warned they pose “a possible risk” to those with a wheat allergy.

The 227g packs’ use-by date is up to Monday. M&S apologised and will refund.
