NOTTS COUNTY have been given a helping hand from Cardiff as they look to beat the Bluebirds’ bitter rivals.
Cardiff have treated Kevin Nolan’s Magpies to the use of their training ground for tonight’s FA Cup replay.
The League Two outfit believe they can spring a shock after Jon Stead’s equaliser held the Premier League side to a 1-1 draw at Meadow Lane. County coach Mark Crossley said: “Our chairman owns Ilkeston Town and Cardiff used their ground before their FA Cup win at Mansfield.
“They were grateful and returned the favour for us. It was an instant ‘yes’ from them – not a problem.
“We’ve found excellent training facilities and a plush hotel down here. Everything has been about studying Swansea’s strengths and weaknesses.”
