Theft of 650 bins probed

THE theft of 650 wheelie bins in one month across a city is being probed by puzzled council chiefs.

Some residents had theirs swiped two or even three times in Bristol.

Bosses at Bristol Waste blame a knock-on effect as people take neighbours’ bins to replace stolen ones.
