AFOBE TO REMAIN A NEUX BOY
Ince: Cup win has given Terriers confidence to stay up
TOM INCE believes Huddersfield are ready for the “business end of the season”, after rediscovering that winning feeling.
BENIK AFOBE is in line to make his return to Wolves permanent when the runaway Championship leaders are promoted. The former Arsenal striker went back to Molineux on a deadline-day loan from Bournemouth. It is understood there is a clause in the deal enabling Wolves to sign him in the summer. Afobe (left) accepts he will have to work his way back into the starting line-up, given the form which has taken Nuno Espirto Santo’s team 11 points clear at the top. He scored 23 times for Wolves before a £10million switch to the Cherries in January 2016. He played 70 games for Bournemouth, 34 of them as a sub, and scored 11 goals.
