GIVE KATE A BREAK!

# I found it very annoying reading P Broadhurst’s letter criticising the Duchess of Cambridge’s dress (#Madeuthink, Feb 7).

Kate is criticised for wearing an outfit more than once but when she wears something new the estimated cost is given. She cannot escape unwarranted criticism and the fact she is representing our country isn’t considered.

If P Broadhurst became more wealthy, I guarantee he/she would purchase more expensive clothing. So come on, let’s give Kate praise for how she looks. Terry Wray, Blackpool

# Further to Irene Hart’s letter about Thomas Cook (#Madeuthink, Feb 6), we’ve just returned from a holiday in Cuba and were disgusted with their extra charges. On the flight, earphones were £4, a small whisky £4.50 and two hot chocolates £5.60. Drinks are usually free on long haul flights.
