Icon Hallyday left nothing for his Laura

- BY PETER ALLEN in Paris

ROCK legend Johnny Hallyday left nothing to the daughter he dedicated his most famous song to.

The star – dubbed the French Elvis – who died in December aged 74, was expected to look after actress Laura Smet, 34, and she will now challenge his American will in court.

He dedicated his hit Laura to her in 1986 and while she has suffered from depression and alcoholism, they were thought to be on good terms.

But her Paris lawyers said yesterday everything he owned is going to fifth wife, Laeticia Boudou.

They added they would be “carrying out all legal actions” to challenge the will, which was made out in Los Angeles. Laura is Hallyday’s daughter by actress Nathalie Baye, 69.
