AS GOOD AS MESSI

Juve star Chiellini puts Kane on same level as the Barca star, Ronaldo and Neymar

- FROM JOHN CROSS in Turin

JUVENTUS legend Giorgio Chiellini claims Harry Kane is “irreplaceable” after rating him on the same level as Lionel Messi.

Chiellini believes it is impossible to put a price on Kane because he is so important to Spurs, but fears Real Madrid will end up getting him. The England striker will go

MAURICIO POCHETTINO will tell his Tottenham players to be “brave and aggressive” after insisting they can pull off another Champions League upset.

The Spurs boss (below) said they can claim another big-name scalp by knocking out Juventus after beating Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund in their group.

He said: “We are going to be aggressive and brave. We are going to try to win but always with massive respect to the opponent. It is an exciting moment for us. We want to enjoy it. We want to play with freedom, with clear ideas, but football is about being responsible.

“When the draw happened at the beginning of the season, to get Real Madrid and then Borussia Dortmund in our group, I don’t think too many people believed in us and the possibility to move to the next stage. “Now we have to show that we deserve to go to the next stage. It is so important to be competitive, and keep going in the way we are playing.

“Man United is a good example, Liverpool and the derby against Arsenal. Why not repeat the same performance tomorrow?”

Pochettino also insisted that reaching the Champions League last 16 proved he can achieve his ambitions at Spurs – and he dismissed a question from a Spanish journalist about him joining Real Madrid this summer.

He said: “All I know is we have three more years on our contract at Tottenham.

“I am happy here and I am so excited to be here for nearly four years now. We have a very nice project and we have a very nice project to develop ahead.”
