Tourism chiefs predict Britain will attract a record 349,000 Chinese visitors this year.
VisitBritain reckons numbers will be up 10% on 2017, and they’ll typically spend £1,972 each, three times the industry average.
The subsequent £722million boost was revealed ahead of this Friday’s Chinese New Year celebrations.
