Mogging up the numbers

YORKSHIRE Cat Rescue is sending unwanted pets to London, where there is a shortage of moggies.

In 2017 it sent 119 from Keighley, West Yorks, to Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. Charity founder Sara Atkinson said: “All are suitable for re-homing, not strays and very friendly.”
