CELTIC BID TO SINC MANCINI

SCOTT SINCLAIR shudders at the memory of his time working under Roberto Mancini at Manchester City.

Now the Celtic winger with 17 goals this season is out to give Zenit St Petersburg boss Mancini the shakes.

The 28-year-old was signed by City in 2012 but failed to make an impact under the Italian before moving on.

Ahead of tonight’s Europa League first leg with Zenit at Parkhead, Sinclair (above) said: “When I went to City I only played a few games under Mancini.

“But there were so many players there that didn’t really get as much game time as they would have liked.

”I’m a very different player now and I don’t have a point to prove to him.”
