BIRMINGHAM CITY v MILLWALL

Birmingham will be without the suspended Cheikh N’Doye. Jacques Maghoma returned from injury at Villa Park and the winger should be involved again.

Defender Byron Webster and striker Aiden O’Brien are the only injury absentees for the Lions.

CARDIFF CITY v MIDDLESBRO­UGH

City welcome back Gary Madine (right). Sol Bamba will return in defence with Lee Peltier dropping out.

Middlesbro­ugh hope striker Rudy Gestede can shrug off a back problem to face his former club after his red card at Norwich was overturned.

PRESTON NE v WOLVES

Preston will be without the suspended Greg Cunningham but are hopeful Ben Davies (virus) will be OK.

Wolves will check on Leo Bonatini and Romain Saiss. Bonatini missed the win over QPR, Saiss (hamstring) has missed three games in a row.

SUNDERLAND v BRENTFORD

Winger Callum McManaman could return to the Sunderland squad after a month out with a shin problem. Adam Matthews (right) is confident of beating a calf problem which sidelined him at Bristol City.

Brentford winger Sergi Canos is still suspended.

NORWICH v IPSWICH (TOM, 12 NOON)

Norwich will check on defender Timm Klose and midfielder Moritz Leitner (both calf).

Ipswich could have forward David McGoldrick back from a knee injury, while defender Tristan Nydam should also return after illness.

BURTON ALBION v N FOREST

Ben Turner (calf) and Luke Murphy (shin) are injury concerns for Albion. Forest boss Aitor Karanka is expected to make changes after the defeat to Hull. Ben Watson, Tobias Figueiredo and Juan Fuentes could start.

FULHAM v ASTON VILLA

Fulham captain Tom Cairney could return after a knee problem. Striker Aleksandar Mitrovic (left) is also in contention to start, after a couple of sub appearance­s.

Aston Villa will monitor striker Albert Adomah (hamstring).

QPR v BOLTON

QPR could have midfielder Massimo Luongo available (knee). Forward Paul Smyth (thigh) could also be in contention.

Bolton captain Darren Pratley in line for an unexpected early return after sustaining a cracked fibula on New Year’s Day.

LEEDS v BRISTOL CITY (TOM, 4.30PM)

Samuel Saiz, Gaetano Berardi and Liam Cooper complete their suspension­s. New Leeds boss Paul Heckingbot­tom will also be without Conor Shaughness­y (ankle).

Nathan Baker serves the last game of his threematch ban for City.
