MK’s Alex Gilbey (above, right) is out for the season. Charlton’s on-loan Stephy Mavididi has returned to Arsenal for treatment.

OXFORD UNITED v PLYMOUTH ARGYLE

Oxford’s Canice Carroll is back from international duty. Plymouth midfielder David Fox (thigh) is a doubt but left-back Gary Sawyer is fit.

SCUNTHORPE v NORTHAMPTON TOWN

The Iron’s Marnick Vermijl (hamstring) is absent. Hildeberto Pereira (ban) is out for Cobblers and Kevin van Veen faces a check.

SHREWSBURY TOWN v ROTHERHAM

Alex Rodman (hamstring) is likely to be a miss for Shrews while Junior Brown (knee) is out. Joe Mattock (hamstring) is a Rotherham doubt.

SOUTHEND UNITED v PORTSMOUTH

Southend’s Simon Cox (above) is fit, Michael Kightly is out. Jack Whatmough and Brandon Haunstrup play for Pompey.

BLACKPOOL v PETERBOROUGH (TOM)

Striker Kyle Vassell could return for Blackpool. Posh will be without Alex Penny, whose shoulder needs season-ending surgery.
