Bridesmaid joy for Leah after battle

SURVIVOR Young Leah WHEN she was just 18 months old, Leah Howard was diagnosed with leukaemia.

Now 13, she is getting ready to be bridesmaid at her parents’ wedding in June. In September, it will be 10 years since her treatment finished.

Leah started chemotherapy in 2006. She showed great courage as she fought every challenge.

Since being in remission, Leah, of Farnborough, Hants, has performed on live TV alongside X Factor star Nicole Scherzinger as part of the Stand Up To Cancer campaign.
