Drop the lurid This Morning stories

Although I enjoy watching ITV’s This Morning with its news and range of light-hearted, feelgood stories from around the regions, I have one complaint – the programme makers seem to have an obsession with commissioning items which are nothing more than lurid sensationalism. Often the hosts, Phil Schofield and Holly Willoughby, struggle to present the story. Come on, ITV, leave the silly stories to Jeremy Kyle. Brian Quinn, Middleton, Manchester
