Fiona, I worked for M&S back in the 1950s – it was a wonderful company. I’ve been a customer ever since. I’m a size 10/12 and have always purchased from their petite range. But everything they sell now is aimed at giants! They have given the petite range up so I won’t be shopping there again. A saddened customer, via email

Fiona, I went into M&S yesterday. I was in disbelief at the ladies’ dresses. Colours, styles, just horrendous. I was always an avid M&S shopper. Unfortunately not any more. Lynn, via email

Fiona, I completely agree – M&S is Primark quality without its prices. Nothing smart and classic. I always bought skirts there but I returned the last two as the quality was bad. I do still like to wear nice clothes, but M&S don’t sell them any more. It’s a great pity, they really must take notice of their customers before they lose them all. Sandra Noon, via email
