Waterman’s two good for Scotland

Scotland 8 England 43 Women’s Six Nations, Glasgow ENGLAND thrashed Scotland on their home patch to make it three straight wins in this year’s Six Nations.

Tries from Sarah Bern, Danielle Waterman (2) (right), Charlotte Pearce (2), Ellie Kildunne and Lagi Tuima made it a convincing win for Simon Middleton’s side. Jade Konkel grabbed a consolatio­n try to raise the spirits of the record 3,278 crowd at Scotstoun.

The win puts clear blue water between England and main title rivals France at the top of the table, but Les Bleus have the chance to peg England back when they take on Italy tonight.
