Ellie 5th Brit to die after copter crash
A WOMAN injured in a helicopter crash on her honeymoon has died three days after her husband, becoming the fifth British fatality in the horror.
Ellie Milward, 29, had been in intensive care at a Las Vegas hospital since the accident in the Grand Canyon on February 10.
Her family said she had died on Sunday “without regaining consciousness”.
Ellie, of Southampton, wed Jonathan Udall, 32, in November. He died last Thursday. They were in the Airbus EC-130 with two other British couples. Stuart Hill, 30, partner Becky Dobson, 27, and brother Jason, 32, of Worthing, West Sussex, died at the scene.
Brit Jennifer Barham, 39, and pilot Scott Booth, 42, remain critical in hospital.
