Hiding age not the answer

But hiding or lying about age doesn’t fight ageism – it colludes with it. a It feels all rather similar to black actors bleaching their skin. No one believes it is is easy for older women to succeed in an industry obsessed with youth and beauty. But if these women simply give up the fight, it will never get any better for those who follow.
