Do you have a baby aged nought to 24 months? BBC2 is seeking 2,500 families for three-part series, The Wonderful World of Babies, which aims to conduct the most comprehensive research yet into the first two years of life.

Presented by paediatrician Guddi Singh, the show aims to reveal the inner workings of a baby’s mind. Questions may include: Is your temperament fixed at four months old? How early are we aware of gender? And can babies control their emotions?

Experts will work with the Wellcome Trust to find answers and family homes will be rigged with cameras to catch the most natural baby behaviours. Contact producers at babies@voltage.tv
