I worked out how to beat baby bulge

-

SHE was famously known as Big Mutha during her years fronting C4’s Big Brother when pregnant.

Now TV host Davina McCall says she hopes her super-flat stomach millions have seen on Instagram is “a good advert” for new mothers.

She was inspired when she struggled to lose the weight after her first baby, then got pregnant again.

She said: “I had three babies and my last was 10lb 2oz. I had enormous babies and the [six-pack] tummy will come back.

“And I hope that, to any new mummies out there, I am a good advert for when it [your flat stomach] is gone, don’t think it is gone for ever. I really kicked into it about two months after I gave birth to Tilly. You have to find exercise you like.

“When you have a new baby you don’t really want to exercise but I’ve never regretted a workout.”

Davina, 50, who split from her husband last year, also insisted she has only got her “mojo” back for TV work in the past year now her kids are older.

Her projects in the last 12 months include fronting The Davina Hour on UKTV. Speaking on the Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast, she added: “The major feeling I had in the first 10 years of having children was guilt... about going to work.. that I was tired. “Before I had babies, I worked six or seven days a week. When I had Holly, I looked at her, and I thought I never want to work again. “When the kids are little, you want to be with them. When they grow up, everything changes.”
