Stay rights after 2019

EU citizens arriving to Britain after Brexit day could stay permanently.

Those coming during transition, after March 29, 2019, can apply to stay for five years then indefinitely, the Home Office said yesterday.

It added: “We encourage member states to mirror the UK’s offer.”
