Wilder, 32, has held his title since 2015 and won all 39 of his pro fights.
Joshua holds three of the heavyweight belts and fights WBO champion Joseph Park later this month. He claims fellow Brit Tyson Fury is the biggest threat to his titles.
But Wilder said: “Everyone knows Tyson Fury isn’t the biggest threat in the heavyweight division. Everyone knows who is the man in the heavyweight division, hands down.
“I can do anything I want. I am the most dangerous man in the division. I can’t wait to prove it.”
