MARIO BALOTELLI could return to the Premier League next season on a “bargain” free transfer, his agent has claimed.

The former Manchester City and Liverpool striker is out of contract in the summer

And Mino Raiola has said he is negotiatin­g with clubs in Italy and England about his next move.

“Mario is ready to return, he has matured into one of the top 10 strikers in the world,” said the super agent who also represents Zlatan Ibrahimovi­c and Paul Pogba.

“In Italy he’s number one. He’s worth €100million (£88m), but he’s on a free transfer and is therefore a bargain.

“I’m negotiatin­g with many clubs in England and in Italy. I’ve spoken with Juventus, Roma, Napoli and Inter.”

Balotelli, 27, has scored 20 goals this season.
