Birthday boy Pochettino proud of his natural ‘barnet’ as it proves he still loves football ...and the fans love him

CRYSTAL PALACE are ready to rival Newcastle for Nick Pope this summer.

The Eagles are keeping tabs on the Burnley keeper and are eyeing a move for the 25-year-old (above) if they stay up.

Boss Roy Hodgson snapped up former Brazil star Diego Cavalieri, 35, yesterday until the end of the season to back up Wayne Hennessey after his No.2 Julian Speroni suffered a long-term knee injury.

But both Speroni and Hennessey’s deals are up this summer and Palace could be set for a goalkeeping overhaul.

MAURICIO POCHETTINO has claimed he will walk away from football when he no longer loves his job – and is not wanted by his own fans.
