Johnson is hit by Euro snow

BORIS Johnson missed the PM’s speech and blamed “European” weather.

But the Foreign Secretary still gave it the thumbs up on a visit to Hungary.

He tweeted: “We will remain extremely close to our EU friends and partners – but able to innovate, to set our own agenda.”
