The letters A to Z have each been allocated a different number between 1 and 26. The number next to each word in this list is the sum total of the letter values in that word. So, for example, in ROC, R might equal 22, O 17 and F 13, or R might be 2, O 26 and C 24, or any other combinatio­n adding up to 52. We’ve placed some starter letters in the grid at the bottom — can you work out the values of the rest?
