£300k home for just £5...if you ’re lucky
A COUPLE are offering their three-bedroom £300,000 home in a prize draw, with tickets at £5.
Kate, 48, and Mark Nesbitt, 54, aim to sell 75,000 tickets and plan to give 10% to charity.
More than 5,500 tickets have been snapped up since the draw was launched on Friday.
If the couple, who have daughters aged three and one, do not hit the target they will give a cash prize and a charity donation.
The winner of the house in Plymouth will be drawn by computer on April 30, with a July 25 reserve date if sales are slow.
Kate said: “People think I’m crazy. I wanted to do something for two charities close to my heart.”
The family has moved to Hertfordshire.
