NO BUTTS, WATTS GETS 3-GAME BAN

HULL FC prop Liam Watts has been given a threematch ban for the headbutt labelled “pathetic” by his coach.

Lee Radford had no sympathy with his front rower (below), shown a red card for the incident involving Warrington’s Dom Crosby.

Radford said after Friday’s match: “It was a pathetic effort – he’s going to miss a lot of games and deserves it.”

It was Watts’ fourth dismissal in 11 months. He has until 11am today to challenge the ban. Last year he missed six games through suspension. Warrington’s Declan Patton, sent off in the same match for a dangerous tackle, faces a disciplinary panel today.
