M&S NEEDS LIFE SUPPORT

Marks & Spencer is struggling to make “customers for life”. Brokers Shore Capital said getting customers wasn’t a big problem – citing the example of its underwear ranges as modelled by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (above). The difficulty was keeping them, it said. The broker also suggested M&S could up its cost-cutting target and give excess store space to other retailers.
