It’s Mother’s Day on Sunday and I look forward to all the little luxuries it’s possible to imagine… that are made from an egg carton.

And special thanks to the lady in Upminster Aldi who yesterday stepped in with the 40 pence my daughter was short of as she stood at the front of a mammoth queue unable to afford “the best Mother’s Day present in the world EVER”. I wait with bated breath…
