Here’s a picture to make your blood boil – broken and abandoned sledges left at one of Britain’s beauty spots.

Twitter user New Forest Commoner posted the picture, saying: “Did you enjoy sledding on the snow at Bolton’s Bench in the New Forest? Now go and clear up your mess.”

One reply showed more abandoned plastic sledges at another location.

“This saddens me hugely,” said the poster. “The thrill and excitement of snow is worth nothing if this is the result. Seriously, what’s wrong with people?” Quite.
